As the Chief Transformation Officer and Managing Director of Thrive Training and Consulting LLC-FZ, she channels her passion into creating meaningful impact through leadership development and social-emotional learning. Her mission is clear: to help students, youth, teachers, parents, and individuals uncover their true potential and become influential forces in their communities.
Annu holds a wealth of qualifications, including certifications from Harvard Business School Online, John Maxwell Team, and various coaching and emotional intelligence programs. She is a certified professional coach and a Ph.D. candidate at Selinus University, Italy. Her teaching roles as adjunct faculty and leadership positions in Toastmasters International underline her commitment to lifelong learning and community growth. She leverages tools like the DISC personality assessment and SDG education to deepen her coaching practice and foster global citizenship.
